After our initial contact, a meeting is arranged in your home at which your requirements are discussed. This would usually take about an hour.

I would then go away and prepare design schemes and invite you to my studio where these schemes would be viewed, discussed and worked on with you present. This presentation/discussion covers fabrics, wallpapers, paint, flooring, furniture, lighting etc. I would then set about arranging quotes from my team of tradesmen and then this would be presented to you along with sampling.
